Families are able to leisurely explore and stroll through the Reserve’s numerous natural trails made by the meandering wildlife. Venturing a little further into the forest, residents share varied coastal woodland tails with the wildlife.

Fishing and Leisure

Taking a game drive through the open grasslands eventually leads to the banks of Port Elizabeth’s largest freshwater lake. Breeding Fish eagles, Spotted Eagle Owls and birdlife can be appreciated, on the way to kayaking or fishing for Bass and Tilapia. Serene settings are provided for the picnic and barbecue areas, which are dispersed between the edge of forest and banks of lake.

Dog Park

An extensive enclosed dog park with picnic benches and play area entertain children, has been designed with a watering reservoir and shaded areas, allowing for pets to roam under owner’s supervision.

Sporting Activities

A Golf Driving Range, complete with Chip & Putt and sand bunkers, tennis courts and commercial grade gym with covered water aerobics and 25m lap pools are currently under construction to add to the numerous facilities.
