The gym is fully equipped with commercial, Club grade equipment, cardio and multi-functional training areas, as well as two studio rooms.

We have a 25m Lap pool

Lane 1 remains open on a first come/first serve basis

Lane 2 may be booked for individual or group training on the bookings board in the gym

Indoor 10 metre heated leisure pool

Used for Aqua Fitness, rehab exercises or Learn to Swim.
