ROYALSTON COASTAL WILDLIFE ESTATE
Royalston is comprised of 310 properties divided between 5 Villages:
Village 1 & 2 (Lifestage): 125 properties which are divided into 250 units. These are dedicated to the Lifestage Villages catering for those older than 50, with set architectural design and finishing options.
Village 3 & 4 (Greater Estate): 172 freehold properties of approximately 1400-1500 sqm each.
Village 5 (Greater Estate): 11 properties -which are sold out
SECURITY
Royalston has implemented a series of thermal imaging, dark fighter and CCTV camera systems.
There is permanent on-site monitoring, 24hr armed response and access control through
TAC Net APU and Armand Protection Services
